Hi and welcome to UPbyCris! My name is Cristiana and I am the owner, furniture artist, and face behind UPbyCris. I love to paint and give new life to forgotten vintage furniture pieces.
As a response to all the consumerism nowadays I decided to try and live a more sustaineble life and this is how upcycling came to mind. Albeit small my impact, I hope to inspire more and more people to give a second thought before throwing away what they already have just because it doesn’t fit in their decor and buy new, more expesive and lesser quality furniture.
Upcycling is a way to reduce and slow down the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and waste management facilities to ease the impact on our planet and waste systems as much as possible.

As a complimentary service, shipping on custom pieces will be arranged after your custom furniture has been completed and agreed upon payment has been received in full.
There are no returns, no refunds, exchanges, guarantees, or warranties on customized furniture.
Care instructions
Care Instructions will be sent along with your newly refinished piece. Please read and adhere to care instruction guidelines.
Care and maintenance for purchased pieces are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for any repairs or responsible to fix cosmetic or other issues that may arise once the furniture has left our shop.

Delivery
Shipping/Delivery
If you are unable to come and pick up your piece yourself, please contact UPbyCris for a shipping quote. Once the cost of shipping has been agreed upon and paid for, shipping arrangements will be made and communicated.
The size, weight, and distance will determine the method of shipping. Your items may arrive on a pallet, crated, boxed, or in some cases, minor assembly may be required. Pallet or crated items will be delivered to your driveway or garage. Smaller items will be boxed and delivered via DHL. All deliveries require an adult present at the time of delivery.
Local Delivery also available for a fee.
Damaged/Lost/Stolen Items During Transit
UPbyCris is not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen items that may occur during transit.
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to carry out the claims process with the shipping company. UPbyCris will provide you with the necessary information to file your claim and assist in the process as needed.
UPbyCris ships furniture using third party independent shipping companies, all of which are responsible for the furniture once it has left the shop. We ask that you do not leave neutral or negative feedback for errors or mishaps that occur during transit as these unfortunate situations are the responsibility of the shipping company.

All of our pieces are Sold As Is. We adhere to a strict No Cancellations, No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges Policy. We do not offer warranties or guarantees of any kind so please make sure you love your piece and have measured your space before your purchase.
Additional photos and information are available upon request so please don’t hesitate to message us before making your purchase.
UPbyCris is not responsible for any damage or lost items that may occur during transit. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and note any damage to the shipper as you will need to file a claim with them directly.
